Salary: £24k - £25k (Based on experience)

Hours: 39 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Our client is a well established and market leading fan manufacturer who specialise in design, manufacturing, supply and servicing of industrial fans. For over 45 years, our client has created bespoke industrial fans for some of the world's biggest companies in the oil and gas, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Accounts Assistant with AAT level 3 qualification. Our client is currently looking for a talented candidate to start with the team as soon as possible. The role will be offered on a temporary-permanent basis, with a definite view of a successful permanent role with them, subject to your achievements and success in the role.
PLEASE NOTE: Interviews will firstly be conducted through video call via Zoom with the second stage to be held face-to-face.
The Key duties of the Accounts Assistant:
Use of Sage Line 50 and Microsoft packages.
Process Bank and Invoicing reconciliations.
Credit Control for new and existing customers requiring review.
Management of 2 Employee pension schemes.
Weekly and Monthly payroll.
Purchase Ledger Invoices and Statements.
Adhoc duties that may be required.
The Key Competencies of the Accounts Assistant:
AAT Level 3 required and necessary.
Sage Line 50 experience beneficial.
