Court of Protection Lawyer - This UK Chambers ranked; Legal 500, top tier practice boasts a highly experienced Court of Protection team that have offered expert legal advice to generations of families. They are now seeking a further CoP specialist lawyer, either solicitor or legal executive to join the team at their Kent based offices.

About the Role
The team acts for individuals who need sound legal advice and guidance during a difficult time in the life, this could be due to learning disabilities, mental health, old age or clients who have suffered severe brain injuries and are incapable of making financial decisions.

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a CoP legal assistant with c. 3+ years’ experience of managing their own busy caseload. You will need to have a solid track record of handling complex cases as well as a caring nature to deliver sound advice and excellent service.
