The firm is actively seeking to hire an employment lawyer, at partner level, to work remotely.
Your location is not a problem as the firm has long invested significantly in its IT and practice management systems so that its systems can be accessed from any location.
The firm remunerates on a fee share basis, and a following in the range of GBP 100k will be expected as evidence of your marketing ability.
As this role is due to an increase in work internally, you will also have opportunities to gain work from the other partners.
