Employment Solicitor - This large, multi-office practice with a fantastic reputation in Kent and Sussex has asked us to find them a further employment solicitor to join their growing team.

About the Role
Due to continued success, this well respected employment team are now looking for a solicitor with up to 5 years’ experience to take on a busy and high-quality caseload, advising both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law. The caseload will cover:
-        Managing employment tribunals and County Court litigation
-        Advising on Settlement Agreements
-        HR matters
-        Business immigration
-        Drafting employment contracts, handbooks and policies
-        Dealing with TUPE and transactional support work

Candidate Requirements
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of candidates with:
-        3-5 years relevant experience in employer and employee work
-        Good drafting skills
-        Organisational ability
-        Strong interpersonal & communication skills
