This is an opportunity for a talented Associate Solicitor c 1 - 4 PQE with an incentives or corporate background to join a successful and expanding Employee Incentives and Private Capital practice.
The team advises on all aspects of employee benefits, including the design, implementation of remuneration structures and employee incentive plans as well as advising remuneration committees on management incentive issues. Clients range from private equity firms to multinational PLCs.
The work will involve a mix of transactional/corporate support and advisory work, this will vary according to deal activity.
You will have a background in incentives or corporate work, gained from a leadnig law firm.
