Litigation Solicitor - This niche East Sussex firm, listed in Chambers for their expertise in housing association work now need a further litigation solicitor or legal executive to join their team.

About the Role
As the result of a significant and sustained increase in new work our client is now looking for an experienced litigator with c.2+ years' PQE to join their busy team. You will be acting for RSL's and other social housing providers on a range of matters, including, tenancy enforcement matters including possession actions, ASBIs and ASBOs, disrepair, service charge disputes, tenancy variation matters and housing policy.

Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to deal with clients and their requirements and have a litigation mindset. He/she must be experienced in a range of litigation matters and ideally a background in housing law, however this is not essential.
