Anne Jagger Recruitment in Witney is working with Sales and Letting agency that has a dynamic and unique approach to all aspects of the business. We are recruiting for  a Property Care Director to join their busy team.
You are responsible for every aspect of the Property Management Team and the property portfolio the Property Managers look after, ensuring that the customer service is second to none.
Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the performance of the team
  • Develop and Manage PCT Team to achieve agreed KPI’s
  • Key Account Management
  • Responsible for delivery of exceptional Customer Service Standards and Productivity
  • Support the Board of Directors in new initiatives and business development planning
  • Monitor and manage company administration
In most cases, working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm, but as with any senior role from time to time extra hours will be required to deliver the very best performance and service to our customers.
This role is based in Witney most of the time. The properties you look after will be within an hours drive from the office so on a ‘field days’ you will be required to travel.

For this reason, a driving license and car are essential.

You will enjoy a salary between £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience with the benefit of an individual bonus, so your OTE should be between £35,000 and £45,000, After 6 months in the job you will also get private health cover for you and your family.

Just as importantly you will receive plenty of support and training in the role, and the business will spend a huge amount of time on your own personal development.
